The business problem

A cleaning website must earn trust before it asks for an inquiry.

Moore Cleaners serves homes, churches, and businesses. Its team works inside personal and shared spaces. Trust is part of the service, not only a message added at the end.

The website had to explain the non-toxic approach, show where each service was available, and collect enough information for a useful quote request. It had to make a personal service feel clear, relevant, and safe.

The strategy

Build trust first, show local relevance next, then guide the customer to a quote.

01 / Trust

Treat trust as part of the service

We started with the business, the people it serves, its Moore County focus, and its non-toxic approach. The content explains the service before asking customers to act, so visitors get useful context before they request a quote.

The homepage establishes the service, location, and non-toxic approach before the quote request.

02 / Local visibility

Build around how local customers search

We created dedicated pages for each service and town, matching the specific phrases people use when looking for local cleaners. Each page provides useful local information and a direct path to request a quote.

A service-by-town page connects a local need to a clear next step.

03 / Quote flow

Replace one long form with five clear steps

The quote flow starts with the customer's needs. It asks about the space, size, frequency, and special requirements before it asks for contact details. This order reduces perceived effort and gives Moore Cleaners useful context for the follow-up. A separate Conversion Sciences A/B test found that its quiz-style form generated 61% more quote requests than its stacked form.

The five-step flow moves from simple service questions to contact details.
